ESR

Goal: Generate notification information on placement change

  • Update notifications on a placement creation or deletion
  • Update notifications on a placement change
  • Infrastructure support - cleaning up data redundancy improvements

Revalidation:Goal: As an admin user, I can log in and edit, save and submit recommendations

  • Creation of a test account so users can log in and have a look at what has been built so far and provide feedback
  • Detailed view of a trainees individual record - view an individual trainee record - draft and submit a recommendation to the GMC
  • Technical proof of concept (POC): We are going to do a POC to consider using something called camel. We need a way in the reval module to combine data from different services
  • Trainees - trainees list page - make under notice trainees easily identifiable
  • Concerns - building of the services behind the visual part we have already built
  • Connections view - all connections summary list - visual part only with GMC Mock Data
  • Exploring how to get data from TIS. Revalidation is on one cloud but needs to talk to another cloud where TIS is to get TIS data

TIS:

Goal: Build out the next section of Form R (Declarations relating to Good Medical Practice)

  • Bulk update people using TIS_Person_ID - didn't quite manage to get this done in the last sprint so we are going to keep working on it. For local office admins - they will have the ability to bulk update people details to help them manage existing people's details in bulk
  • Bug Fix: Placements are not sending the exact value for the whole time equivalent - we have some work to finish off to send it to the NDW correctly
Making the programme field on a post mandatory - this is to help ensure data quality for posts on TI
  • TIS Self Service: Form R, part B, Section 3 - Declarations relating to good medical practice.
