PP: Removed placements from top nav. Create/edit placements are now accessible through people. Placements have been refined, but still some data/options are missing due to back end.

Assessments

PP: Assessments are still under work in progress. We can demo the state using a local env (mine or Ola's). View list is completed, create/edit events needs some tweaking, pre/post same. We need to discuss some issues with the business. Revalidation has not started yet.
