• fixed a bug where sometimes the deferral reason does not properly reset when switching from defer to revalidate before submitting to GMC
• revalidation data and designated body codes have been added for West Midlands and Yorkshire Humber
• fixed an error where sometimes our gmc connect data import was not completing properly due to too short timeout settings on some API calls
