Revalidation Application rollout

LASE live for all 4 designated bodies - Rory is using the Revalidation app for all trainee's now apart from the odd exception through GMC Connect.

(Training 30 other admins and creating their accounts/permissions is scheduled for the next sprint)

LASE implemented into Revalidation

Rollout to NE underway, GMC licensing and API setup, ETLs configured and data flowing into the application for the NE.

Joanne will sit with Claire and validate the data on Live on Friday 19th May with the go live date of Monday 22nd May.

Training has already taken place using Staging.

Versions built and deployed in PROD:

TIS-01 - Major release with services using jhipster

  • new profile and reference data services enhanced with more entities, just server side under the hood for now, ui's scheduled for next release
  • Concerns log now has file upload functionality
  • London designated body codes should now have proper labels
  • Revalidation details screen should no longer have overlaps between "Submitted By" and "Comments"
  • All concerns will now properly show up on the concerns details screen

TIS-02 - Various bug fixes, auditing on scaffolded services server side

  • when inputting data on the provide recommendation form, the request timeout popup should no longer wrongly appear
  • provide-recommendation form will now be populated with data inputed and saved previously
  • an admin which has access to several designated bodies will no longer appear several times in the assign admin list on the revalidation dashboard
  • gmc all doctors pagination will now work properly above 10 000 results
  • audit events have been added for the new reference, profile and tcs services

TIS Core Services Alpha build

  • Paul Hoang (Unlicensed) ETL development for reference service
  • Panos Paralakis (Unlicensed) adding permissions to the Reference and TCS service UIs.
    We have built the new permissions with angular 2 and created a private NPM module in order to be able to pull it in and use it at any Angular app.
  • Panos Paralakis (Unlicensed) creating the new Admin UI base.
    We have created a clean Angular app, that uses bootstrap 4.
    Main configuration has been completed. More will follow going forward.
    Currently in the process of pulling in a service build in with JHipster.

  • Instance of Intrepid DR mirror is up and running on the same server as our anonymised data.
  • Investigating alternative approaches to ingesting data because the window is quite short.
