Approvals

  • stories ready for DEV (walkthrough etc)

Approvals - Field Validation

Approvals - Scenarios

NTN Definition

  • decision was made to create two sets of stories (i) to allowusers to manually assign NTN/DRNs to trainee records (ii) to autogenerate NTNs
    • ready for Dev
  • rationale being that we need sign off from the GMC or GDC to go ahead with the rules
    • they're also ready for Dev, but should be low priority
  • Old NTN numbers should be imported

Assessments

  • Query around mapping legacy Academic outcomes - currently with Data Leads for discussion
  • Query around trainees with multiple outcomes for one ARCP event - currently with Data Leads for discussion

Reporting

Data leads James Harris and Alice Brindle will support the report writing work needed for this component.

The reporting requirements that the local offices have submitted were passed to JT, JH and AB. Looking at the requirements there are a number of themes in the requests, for example:

  • Trainees in placement at a date
  • Changes to placements in a period of time
  • Posts
  • Assessments in a period
  • No assessments in a period

The 'Top 10' reports are being written in the NDW by Alice and James, then filters will be applied to allow the end users to produce the reports they need for testing eventually by end users in local offices.

Oriel Integration

Solution design and proposed business process to import Oriel trainees into TIS presented to data leads.

Data leads tasked up with reference data mapping, confirmation of Recruitment Import template fields, creating Oriel Custom report and other data tasks to support the Oriel integration.

Admin UM

  • permissions mapping drafted, however, a wider set of meetings necessary to confirm all assumptions are correct

UX/UI

Consolidation of all UX/UI work done to date. Re-Labelled all pages to make more sense and put them under 2 main groups TIS Admin UI and TIS Trainee UI. To a lesser degree we also have TIS prelim ( which is just for Matt to be aware of the history of the project), and TIS universal - which holds the review document listing all the things that need to be fixed UX/UI wise as of mid November.

People

Solution design for People Owner has been established and work started on building the view to identify each Person's Owner -

How to implement Person Owner

Placements

PP: Removed placements from top nav. Create/edit placements are now accessible through people. Placements have been refined, but still some data/options are missing due to back end (specialities etc). We need proper data on dev to demo.

Placements ETL, data model and microservices have been refactored to improve performance

Assessments

PP: Assessments are still under work in progress. We can demo the state using a local env (mine or Ola's). View list with smart search functionality has been completed. Create/edit events need some tweaking, pre/post the same. We need to discuss some issues with the business. Revalidation has not started yet.

User Management

Profile - Key Cloak sync tested in dev prior to switching on process to allow updates to user roles via Key Cloak.

~75k accounts added to Key Cloak in Dev.

Trainee UI

PP: Site, grade and placement type are now viewable under trainee placements.

Intrepid Mirror

Intrepid ETL has been refactored further and now works across DR v1 and v2 - awaiting a stable V2 to transition the Mirror to it.
