Update on detailed schedule

  • Review of v6 (updated version) by original research participants (who are not in the subject leads group) - i.e. Claire Murray (NE), Katy Jones & Helen Duff (NW) and Helen Byrne (TV)
    • This will consist of 1-2-1 moderated sessions via Web-Ex (1-2-2 in the case of NW) where we’ll walk them through the prototype and get detailed feedback - I have scheduled these for w/b 5 Sept
    • Analysis of feedback to identify themes, ideas and issues
    • Reflection session with subject leads to sense check and develop ideas for v7
    • Create v7 design/prototype
    • A this point we’ll send you and the people listed above a link to the clickable prototype so that you can actually play with it. We’ll build a feedback mechanism around this - not finalised yet
    • Issue clickable prototype link to SME group
  • 1-2-1 sessions (in person or by Webex) with the 4 remaining local teams - East of England, Wessex, West Midlands, Yorkshire and the Humber - plus Defence
    • Emma Morris and Anna Parsons have joined several Show & Tells, so will have some awareness of where we’ve got to - as far as I can see Paul George, Richard Morgan and Laura Higginbotham haven’t
    • We’ll schedule these sessions for shortly after the ROG meeting - w/b 12 Sept and will use v6 or v7 depending on where we’ve got to with the design/prototyping
    • The ROG will give us the opportunity to bring those who haven’t had any exposure so far up to speed and prep them for the 1-2-1 sessions
  • ROG Meeting 8 Sept
    • 30 min presentation + 15 min questions in the agenda
    • Demo of latest clickable prototype + other content (to be discussed with SMEs
