Production Application releases / updates: | | |
Product Management | | Bulk uploads - - Stories added and refined for Absence, People, NTN Assignment, Posts, Placements. Assessment events and ARCP still need to be reviewed.
Assessments - - List of outcomes for ARCPs agreed by SMLs and written into story (for action in Sprint 40).
Oriel Integration - - TIS Recruitment Import template refined with feedback received from Alice and Claire. There are still some outstanding questions on some fields.
- Definition of the Oriel Custom report meeting kicking off on Thursday 04/01 with Claire.
ESR Integration - - Analysis of the ESR documentation completed. Followed up queries with VH. Produced the following workflow as an initial understanding of the ESR inbound/outbound flows.
- Outstanding questions (contextual) to be followed up with Wendy Burney from NE on 03/01.
- TIS/ESR reference mapping done but still has some outstanding queries sent to VH to be clarified. Some LOV's were not present in the documentation and some with no values to map to.
- Channel created on Microsoft Teams for the discussion of the ESR interface and the Streamlining programme.
- Summary of process to be followed to set up a Trust with the interface posted in the channel to support those local offices with new trusts needing to use the interface.
Reporting - - First batch of required reports forwarded to Alice Brindle and James Harris for creation in the NDW.
Trust UI - - Proposed familiarisation and roll out plan for trust users forwarded to Angela Fletcher (component lead BM) for review and follow up
Absence -
PersonAssociated - stories completed w/scenarios and field validation for Trainer Person views
- still to be finally reviewed with SMLs (post Christmas)
Admin UM - role definitin and permissions continued, finalisation TBC
Misc - Update the TIS services to allow clients (Datawarehouse, external services) to retrieve data that have been modified in TIS

ESR Integration | | - Initial LOV mappings are done and still there are gaps in the mappings which are being worked out.
- Incorporated the available LOV code for Applicant File generation. There are still gaps because of the above.
- Validation Issues related to skipping the records without mandatory fields are fixed. (DOB, address line 1 etc). The data quality should be resolved over time to minimise such records.
- Code refactoring and code coverage is in progress.
