Product Management

User story refinement

The systematic review of user stories - the Great User Story Refinement Challenge or GUSRC - has almost reached its conclusion.

The final week saw input from Alison Parr, Ade Oduwole, Alistair Pringle and Joanne Watson. We now have just over 400 stories in the TIS Product Backlog from an original number of approx. 800.

The stories are in need of further rationalisation and this will be done as we build the Story Wall in the TIS Team offices in Stewart House. Eyeballing the stories and their related Epics and Components will be more achievable when the wall is being developed and through further discussion between the Service Managers and the Business Analyst.
