Progress has blocked with the GMC, however Maisie has reported they now no longer use Intrepid Managed Connections, so we can prepare all teams for licensing the GMC API to TIS and escalate the change as a single change.

ETLs

• Paul Hoang (Unlicensed) - Configuration for Profile and Reference entities complete.
• Documentation created detailing if we're happy with the type of data exported.
• Performance was improved by using the new bulk create/update endpoints
• Work done to parent client project so share code
• Work is still on going to push bad data to a letter queue
• Sunil Rochani (Unlicensed) - Change in db-to-csv to exclude unnecessary views from the intrepid-extract Jenkins job
• Create patch files to only update or delete Intrepid data that has been modified
• Fixed bug on CVS Diff is not resolving previous day’s runs
• V2 of the Intrepid Data Repository requested from Hicom to include full range of HEE data and near-real time replication from the consolidated Intrepid DB. A proposal has been received from Hicom to deliver this.
• Graham O'Regan (Unlicensed) - We've made it easier to configure which views can be ignored at global and team level. Empty views have been removed and redundant data has been stripped out of the extract so it now runs in ~12mins for the five active teams.

Admin UI

• Panos Paralakis (Unlicensed) Profile, Reference and TCS auto-generated UIs now ported across to the Admin UI - https://dev-apps.lin.nhs.uk/ui/
• Header and first navigation increment implemented in Admin UI
• Navigation has been build to match design v1. It includes a responsive Mega-menu.
• Navigation between app v1-v2 has been implemented.
• Manage connections service has been mocked up. Waiting for back end in order to start developing functionality.

Programme and Curricula

• Ade Oduwole (Unlicensed) / Alistair Pringle (Unlicensed) Further systems analysis for the Programme and Curricula component followed by drafting and elaborating stories to drive enhancements to the autogenerated CRUD for these objects.
  

Posts / ESR solution design

• System analysis on the likely MVP to provide an equivalent Post Management function to Intrepid has started

• We uncovered timing issues with the ETLs that resulted in inconsistent results. We've been asked to start our ETLs at 5:30 but that only gives us 30mins to complete them all so we've had to work on them to reduce the amount of data that we extract and improve the performance of the ETL code itself.
• We've set up a new ETL called intrepid-load which uses the CSV Diff code to populate the warehouse nightly.
• We've added a tool to quickly truncate the tables if we've any doubts about the consistency of the data.
  
  

• Met with members of the ESR integration team to discuss where we are with TIS and what we are trying to do with our integration.
• Notes and diagrams are being added to the ESR Interface page.
• Awaiting confirmation that the ESR files are passed from ESR to the Hicom network directly and not via N3. INTREPID-31 - Getting issue details... STATUS

• We've received the spec for Benjamin Witton
• Speaking to Hicom (Simon Wynn-MacKensie) and Deloitte (Peter Davies) to work out how we can have the HEE instances redirected to TIS. 2017-06-13 Oriel Integration
