- You are either using Skype or slack
- Have a cup of tea / drink / snacks
What you need to do
- Mute any microphones you have as the room microphone will pick up your audio
- When presenting - share your screen through skype or slack
Remote and using Ubuntu
You should be
- Using a PC with Ubuntu
- Outside the meeting room
- Have a cup of tea / drink
What you need to do
- Join the slack call
- Mute all audio inputs
- Ring the skype telephone number from your mobile (free call) and enter the conference ID/Pin

PIN (if prompted): 68826783# - Ignore the stuff about being the leader, just wait and record your name when promoted
