Admin User Management - User Profile Creation

Trainees - auto creation of profiles from Oriel import and person record, receive a email, set password and start using it

• need to write trainee auto profile creation story
• set trainees to be inactive once traineeship complete — need to confirm whether they need it post completion for a period of time

Admins - person creation is separate to profile creation and done within HEE HR systems

• create roles with Keycloak
• for admins need story / scenario around create TIS user profile /

Trainers - do need to create a person record for trainers are information is stored against it in TIS

CONCLUSIONS

• key cloak will be the chosen UI
• retain ownership within TIS (e.g. Ola, Simon) team
• requesting access is currently manual via Alistair / Joanne,
• need a service desk set up
• permission requests via service desk also
