Start the interface for a new region

Generic Steps

Day 1 activities required when the TIS-ESR interface is switched on:

1. Clean up FTP folder for RMC files received from the day any previous Interface is switched OFF to the day TIS Interface is switched ON

2. RMT File (FULL Mode) sent on Day 1 from ESR to TIS for the Local Office

3. TIS to identify the Applicants already sent by the previous interface for the Local Office

4. TIS to send applicants file (APP) excluding those already sent from the previous Interface before they switched off for the Local Office

5. Full Notification (DNF) to be sent from TIS which is a snapshot of all current and next post holders for those POS and POR records in the FULL RMF File received.

6. On Day 2, BAU activities

Additional first time ever steps

Day 1 activities required when the TIS-ESR interface is switched on:

1. Clean up data stores in exporter and reconciliation service, aswell as clearing audit services.

2. Clear queue if created from https://hee-tis.atlassian.net/browse/TISNEW-4989

3. pause listener for notification service until reconciliation service has processed all messages from RMT file.
