  • Unable to get connection to MySQL

Trigger

  • Dropped/Unhealthy connection

Resolution

  • Ran tis-ndw-etl-parameterized job which stopped the existing ‘spinning’ job.

  • Informed NDW team in tis_ndw_etl channel.
