NDW Data Exchanges with TIS

Currently TIS uses two accounts to talk to all of the NDW databases.

Firstly there is the TIS_Interim_DBUpdate account that has Write privileges to all of the databases in the NDW that we have access to.

Secondly there is the HEE_TIS_sys account that has Read Only privileges on all of the servers we have access to.
