SES Email Settings

SES has been enabled for metabase (currently) to be able to send emails from the tis.nhs.uk domain.

The settings are as follows:

Server Name:email-smtp.eu-west-2.amazonaws.com
Port:25, 465 or 587
Use Transport Layer Security (TLS):Yes
Authentication: SMTP credentials.

SMTP credentials can be found in the non-tis-passwords.yml file in ansible vault
