This is the Admin Team fortnightly Review

Purpose

> Presenting to our stakeholders work done in the last two weeks in order to inform and get your thoughts, input and to answer any questions we have.
> Highlight any interruptions / live defects.
> Feedback at Review particularly in terms of suggestions as to what to focus on next
> Updates or overview of other work in progress which may have wider interest and involvement.

No change recently.

Note → We are covering the work of two teams, so are significantly under-staffed.

The focus for the iteration has been Post Funding

The Roadmap is unchanged from last time.

Engagement to be arranged -

• Revalidation Leads over future priorities.

• Post Management Leads to update on progress now ready to set up another call with the Leads.

• User Management Leads started a process to (1) audit the current set of users and (2) undertake research around improving user management..

• TIS Leads call around potentially reforming this group TBA.

IT change-over - We have updated the invite for Review and started afresh and not carried over the large legacy “invited”. Anita’s added attendees from the last few months and the invite is accessible via Teams. If your colleagues would benefit from Review, please onward circulate.
