Pain Points/Challenges/Successes
No communication to doctors before connecting or disconnecting. It's time consuming
No use of bulk because you search individually and sometimes doctors not on TIS
Use Current Connection Only to connect/disconnect doctor. Do not use Discrepancies. Go to GMC connect to connect doctors because some doctors don't appear in discrepancies.
