Sprint Priorities
The following list was the prioritisation output from Sprint Planning - largely a stabilisation Sprint:
- Programme memberships
Sunil / Suneet / (Panos - if needed) - Trust work
Paul - Sub-specialties on Placements (currently a P1 in Jira)
Luis / Paul / Sunil / Panos / Ola / John - Bulk Uploads - finalising and launch Bulk Uploads for Placements and People
Suneet - Complete implementation of logging (FluentD / Kibana)
Chris - HiCom / TIS interface / Reporting (respond to user testing). This may turn into more than one specific 'themes' - fields needing to be added, data migration/mapping etc.
Luis / Sunil Bulk Upload: Assessments (Rob to work with BM on this - not a Dev team priority for now)- BAU tickets for Assessments and Posts, and BAU tickets in general.
Paul / Luis / Sunil / Panos (Jayanta shadowing) - Support ESR interface go-live activities for YH and support fix/refinement for ESR issues from issue log
Jag - Bringing comments over (across the board) / Link to Bulk upload?
BA work first, along with Mat - then Sunil / Paul to divvy up if that BA work is done early in the Sprint - Rotations - search filters (need fixing across the app, but specifically for Rotations as this relies on search)
- ODC field validations
- DevOps documentation / runbooks
Fred - Prepare for ES upgrade (needing an upgrade of version of SpringBoot plugin being used)
Fred - FE work on general App structure
- UX improvements (Matt / FEDs)
- NIN review
- NTN review (adding to NDW as a minimum)
- KeyCloak upgrade
- Supervisors - adding sort option, how to display non-GMC entries
