Root Cause

A exception occurred during a datetime column conversion.

Trigger

Daily run of NDW-ETL on Prod 

Resolution

10:05 - Checked logs to find any exception that could have caused Placements to fail to export.

10:30 - Dev team tried to reproduce the same exception by running the same NDW-ETL version in a different environment but using the Production database as source of data.

11:05 - Dev team was unable to reproduce the issue as all the data was copied successfully.

11:13 - Rerun the NDW-ETL on Prod as was believed the bad data that caused the error was amended in the meantime.

11:33 - NDW-ETL finished successfully on Prod and all the Placements could be seen in the database.

Detection

Data team member reported the existence of only 417 Placements on the TTIS_Interim database

TIS Dev team confirmed it after running a count on the same database
