Although the FundingType2 column isn't used in Intrepid, regions HELEASE, HEWMD and HEYHD have multiple vwPostFunding rows per post, to help track the changes in Tariff assigned to the post historically, there are over 5600 posts with between 16 and 2 historic Tariffs assigned;
