Summary	Hicom's DR refresh process failed so the ETLs couldn't load any data
Impact	Revalidation was missing data nationally.

Root Cause

Hicom's internal process failed

Trigger

Trying to load data returned no results.

Hicom fixed the issue on their side for the next morning and we ran the ETLs to schedule.

Hicom notified us by email but the process wasn't rerun until the next morning.
