Root Cause
Hicom's internal process failed
Trigger
Trying to load data returned no results.
Resolution
Hicom fixed the issue on their side for the next morning and we ran the ETLs to schedule.
Detection
Hicom notified us by email but the process wasn't rerun until the next morning.
