Root Cause

An SQL grammar exception occurred during a workEmail column conversion.

Trigger

Daily run at 12:20am of NDW-ETL on Prod 

Resolution

08:30 - Checked logs on Metabase and Docker to find any exception that could have caused Person to fail to export.

10:00 - Dev team tried to reproduce the same exception by running the same NDW-ETL version in different environment but using the Production database as source of data.

10:30 - Dev team was able to reproduce the issue as workEmail was present in the NDW ETL SQL queries.

11:00 - Dev team fixed the issue by as workEmail was present in the NDW TIS-Interim vwPerson table.

11:45 - With the help of DevOPs team Dev team deployed the corrected code on Prod and UAT. NDW-ETL finished successfully on Prod and UAT. While deploying to the Prod the Sonarcube version issue occurred and that was not allowing us to deploy, which was resolved by DevOps team.  TISNEW-388 - Getting issue details... STATUS
