Product Management

User story refinement

The systematic review of user stories - the Great User Story Refinement Challenge or GUSRC - has continued, and is almost complete.

Around 800 stories from the original programme brief, Discovery and user research (including interviews, workshops and Lunch & Learns) are being reviewed and rationalised, so that the Product Backlog now contains 321 consolidated stories (more are likely to be added as we finish the review). We will also be reviewing the way we're using components and labels to categorise stories.

Our next sessions will include our new colleague Ade Oduwole, to bring a fresh perspective and business analysis skills to bear on the process.
