Highlights

• trainees with no concerns are no longer visible in the dashboard, they are still searchable so one can create a new concern for a trainee by searching
• the app now can accept users without a designated body code
• the notifications icon on the masthead now contains a number showing the currently unread notifications
  
  Bug Fixes:
• notifications will now close properly, previously sometimes closed notifications would reappear on the list
• the revalidation officer can now submit recommendations directly (permissions bug)
• now only admin users will be able to see the "Create Notification" button
• deferral reason "< 1 year to CCT" should now display properly in revalidation history
• the unauthorised page no longer has javascript errors on it
• you can now once again filter the dashboard by admin and progress
• an admin will now always be allocated to a trainee when submitting a recommendation, previously sometimes this did not happen
• ready to review and ready to submit lists now should display all trainees (up to a cap of 200), previously only max 30 trainees where displayed
• provide recommendation form should now properly save in place
