In the meeting room
You should be- Sitting in the meeting room
- Using a laptop with either Skype for business or Slack
- Have a cup of tea / drink / snacks
What you need to do- Join either
Skype for business

Ignore the stuff about being the leader, just wait and record your name when promoted

Call will be started on the #Sprint Review channel - Mute any microphones you have as the room microphone will pick up your audio
- When presenting - share your screen through Skype or Slack
(the person running the session will show attendees what you are sharing)
| Remote and using Ubuntu
You should be- Outside the meeting room
- Using a PC/laptop with Ubuntu and Slack
- Have a cup of tea / drink / snacks
What you need to do- Join the Slack call on the #Sprint Review channel
- Ring the Skype telephone number from your mobile (free call) and enter the conference ID/Pin
