I want to be able to record and maintain Sites approval periods against sites

So that I can ensure Approved sites are used to manage placements on TIS and meet the standards set out by the GMC 

• Only Approved Sites should be available for Placements/Posts creation and updates?
• Once A Site is Expired, i.e. Approval end date reached, it is expected that the Site is no longer CURRENT until next approved?
• Non Approved sites should not be available for Site update/create?
• The Approval fields for Sites are to be sent to NDW for reporting purposes

As a HEE admin

I want to be able to record and maintain Trainers approval periods on TIS

So that I can ensure Approved Trainers are used as Educational and Clinical Supervisors against Placement on TIS and meet the standards set out by the GMC

• Ability to record the Trainer type as either: 

  • Clinical Supervisor

  • Educational Supervisor

  • or Both

• Ability to record the standard TIS Person fields - see People Field Validation:
  • People - Field Validation | NEW (review with Alistair Pringle (Unlicensed) which subset is required for Trainers, assumption is all at the moment.
• Ability to record Dates From and To for the approval period
• Only Approved trainers (end date not reached) to appear in the Placement supervisors dropdowns for create and updates?
• The Approval fields for Trainers are to be sent to NDW for reporting purposes

So that I can maintain them in an efficient way on TIS.
