All have the role of 'placeholder'. Some legitimate doctors will have role as NULL. Normally use (ROLE NOT like '%placeholder%' or ROLE is null) to filter out in reports.

How records in discrepancy are pulled through - placement or programme

Cai → So discrepancies currently come through where there is any mismatch between the DBC of the current programme on TIS and the DBC reported by GMC, if that helps?

Note - Every trainee should be in a placement, even within the “period of grace” (PoG).

We use the Programme End Date rather than latest Curriculum End Date (rather than CCT) (query)

2 programmes listed when not dual trainee

When multiple programme son TIS we don’t send back the DB. When two progs in same DB then show in discrepancy list.
We need to take this away and look at the logic around what’s displayed.

Scenarios:

• Two programmes with same DB

• Two programmes with different DBs

Any update on bugs? So we don't have duplicate records, those without placements etc in the list as it is really hard to manage and remember the ones which are due to a bug, those who are foundation/TPD and those who are on to be processed.

Bulk select option doesn't seem to be working on the connections module - the columns don't shift over to allow the tick boxes to be selected.

Picked up by Steve-Seems okay- requested for a screenshot.

Reply from other user-this function looks OK but due to the filtering it wouldn't be useful for us to use.

Filtering requirement requested- This has been picked up as an insight in UR. Users requesting for filtering - replicate People Section of TIS filtering.

Connections module appears it may now be pulling through future trainees under connection discrepancy. Was this intended? It is making it very hard to work out which I need to address.

Applying a filter and then using sort crashes out the app.

Picked up by Steve-Sort has recently been enabled on a couple of additional columns in the user interface, GMC Designated body and Programme owner but unfortunately these changes have been pushed to production prior to the backend changes being deployed.

Team currently working on resolving this issue.
