Release - TIS-08.1

Trainees with no LegalForenames and LegalSurname available in intrepid will no longer appear with blank names and will be able to be revalidated.

The app now uses LegalForenames/LegalSurname from intrepid if available, if not then it uses Forenames/Surname from intrepid and if those are not available either then it uses the names from GMC Connect.

Release - TIS-09

• revalidation has been setup for wessex and south west
• connection discrepancies and programmes are now available to be viewed, please get in touch with us if you want to help us beta test them
• changed the trainee name priority again, intrepid surname/forenames now have highest priority if available
• programme-curricula relationships are now being imported from intrepid and they should work properly in the programme view/create/modify screens
• curricula are also available to be viewed, read only for now

We have worked on elaborating the Posts component. User scenarios have been extended, fields reviewed / discussed with development and an ERD captured - Posts

People

People has been elaborated:

• A high level draft user journey has been mapped - for further discussion 
• Data fields have started to be compiled
• The user matrix is being reviewed by the technical leads in local offices to validate roles and responsibilities, which will feed into the People component and others

Trainee UI

Trainee UI has been explored -  Steven Pettengell (Unlicensed)

• An initial reserach phase / gap analysis was completed on the Intrepid UI, previous PR related trainee prototype and initial primary research.
  
• Underlying requirements have been explored and intially reviewed from a UX perspective

Use of the HICOM Course Booking System has been investigated with two key users (Wessex and East of England) to understand the how the system is used and to what extent.
