High level Product and Solution Design

• all outstanding component refinement started 
• outputs include: scenario identification, user journey initial draft (estimation to be completed 06/09 PM)

Trainer UI -  Research into Accreditation Pathway begun. Awaiting call with users to clarify understanding.

Trust UI -

• agreed that this will consist of permission sets
• permission sets defined within People component
• Trust UI SMLs have been contacted to find out what their trusts use Intrepid for in order that the permissions / roles can be defined (see admin/trainee UM below)

Admin / Trainee UM

• agreed that user management to be controlled centrally
• all users of the same role will have like permissions as default (i.e. all admins will be able to view / edit all components) unless expressly restricted
• all user permissions defined as part of the People component

Support Model

• overall model defined in draft, but yet to be ratified / impact assessed

Case Management

• detailed context, scenarios and user journey defined
• further investigation required to answer outstanding questions and build out scenarios and field definition

CBMS

• Confirmation from 5 of the 6 local offices that there is no link between V10 and CBMS

Post funding

• requirement added to sprint to allow funding type to be added to a Post
• future iterations will build out this functionality as required, Jon Howes has been contacted to provide clarification about the level of post funding detail required in TIS. 

People

• telephone call with Jess Merrix (West Mids) to define the access required by the national visa office (based in West Mids) People - Immigration requirement is initially to have access to a data extract. 
• Received confirmation from NW regarding their use of the Foundation page in a trainee record.  HICOM have removed access to this function so it is no longer accessible by the local office. 

Placements

• finalised scenarios, field validation and user journey mapping. First engagement session with SMLs completed and feedback added to field validation sheet.

Long record UX/UI

Long form - Admin UI (optimised for desktop)

• Clarified navigation structure

• Solved ‘Personal details’ long form problem requiring no extra development effort

• Created guidance grouping parameters that keeps navigation structure simple and requires no extra development effort

• Identified next steps of form design
