Any support in place for trainees?
Yes, emails goes into generic inbox before they are passed to different teams
Inboxes: (7-8 inboxes)

Who check the inboxes and filter?
Everyone is responsible and If email not for team like programme - they forward to programme
How many queries on placement?
Quite a lot in August placement.- It's manageable though
Any dedicated Team for placement: YesForm R
FORM R - receive via reval inbox with attachment. they send form R when ARCP closer.
Generic Inbox - reval inbox then splits into specialties
Save form R on individual specialty inbox folder
Is it Any inboxes management as part of your support process?
If yes, how do you manage the inboxes ?
How many queries do you get per day/week… e.g placement/assessment queries?
Do trainees have an opportunity to see the data you keep on them on tis? If so what's the process of managing queries/change?
Any dedicated Team to manage the queries?
Is the support the same for Dentist &PH? Yes

There is for Form R though it seems to cover everything. there are more details on eastmidlandsdeanery.nhs.uk
Do you do have any KPIKPIs? Any system or process to measure this?
There is for ARCP but it is more of outcomes rather than a process.
Any plan Any plans to improve your current system?
Keep current until TIS comes up with the clean up....
