Admin Access to TIS

As a HCS Admin
I want to be able to access to TIS
So that I can manage HCS trainees data

Given HCS Admins are currently using Access Database
When specific Roles for the HCS Admin users have been created on TIS
And they have appropriate the appropriate permissions
Then they should be able to access TIS and Manage their training data

Given I am now a HCS- TIS Admin
When I access TIS
Then I should be able to see HCS trainees that have trained in in the past with HCS, or is currently training with HCS or is going to train with HCS in the future

Given I am now a NI TIS Admin
When I access TIS
Then I should NOT be able to see trainees that have NOT trained in the past with HCS, or is NOT currently training with HCS or is NOT going to train with HCS in the future

• New Role/s definitions that will be required for HCS Admins

• Permissions-based access to HCS Data (c.f. similar to HEE Trust Admins roles)

Data Migration

As a HCS Admin
I want to HCS data to be migrated to TIS
So that I can access HCS Data on TIS

1. HCS- TIS Admins to have Access to HCS data ONLY for:

• People

• Posts

• Programmes

• Placements

• Rotations?

• Reference data

• No duplicate data to be created

2. Merge Rules to be applied pre-migration and migrate data to TIS as defined here:

This story is to:

1. Migrate HCS data from HCS Data Repository to TIS:

IF Dev want to research and come up alternatives for:

• How to migrate data from HCS access database to TIS?

• Can Existing ETL’s be used?

• Merge rules to be applied during migration as defined here - Copy the access database link sent by Alex here

3.

Transfer of Data to NDW

As a HCS Admin
I want to have access to HEE National Data Warehouse (NDW)
So that I can run reports on HCS specific data

Given [Current state]
When [User action]
Then [Expected outcome]

4.

e-portfolio

As an HCS Administrator 

I want to be able to access training folder which will be outside TIS

So that I can manage trainee properly

Given that I don't have access to training folders which is out of TIS 
When I click a particular trainee on TIS
Then I should be able to click a folder button in 'Document' feature on TIS to launch me into a window or SharePoint to access trainee folder.
