| looking at the report I can get it to a place where I need it when focusing on primary specialty for my Programme and region 'General Practice', but I would like to understand if we could slice it further by 'Approved Grade Name' or by the specific grades field, this field is shown on front end of tis as = 'Other Grades' value example 'Specialty Training Year 3'. This would allow me to filter/slice by secondary care specialty within my specific Programme name 'General Practice Birmingham and Solihull/City VTS Status |

| Could you let me know who the working group was that initiated the original business case for the report? To get an answer about making the dashboard actionable and benchmarkable against fill rate percentages they would be able to let me know what they think is acceptable buckets or ranges in the report.
