ESR Integration:

• Reports for Error Handling identified and how this will need to feed into the support model. 
• More understnading from ESR on Day 1 activities when the interface is switched on for a Local Office:
  • RMF Full File sent on Day 1 from ESR
  • TIS to send applicants excluding those already sent from the Hicom Interface before they swiched off 
  • Full Notification to be sent from TIS which is a snapshot of all current and next post holders for those posts in the RMF.
  • It is expected that Notifications code will be available on Production from Day 1 in order to capture and send placements changes. 

Oriel Integration:

• Presented the Oriel import process to People, Posts and Placements SMLs with the caveat that the Oriel fetching of additional details from Azure won't be available for MVP. Ran through the TIS Import Template and the Oriel Report Template. As a result of the caveat mentioned, the Oriel Report may need additional fields to be pulled from Oriel to feed the TIS Import Template.

  •  Notifications (UI): Sprint 44, need to work this out with Reubs/Panos as it will tie in with the User (admin) area in primary nav but essentially post MVP. Where we have notifications and 'Create an issue' we will work out how best to use these two areas (functionality) to tie in any loose ends that users may need.
  •  Topping and tailing user journey on Assessments (Not sure what this is, must be new) - This is as I understand now post MVP as no ticket assigned or prioritised

  •  TIS User Guide: This is something I am working on now and will continue through to MVP launch. I will kep updating this with all as we continue to build and implement the TIS environment. Essentially agreed on PDF that will show screen shots to guide the user through certain process. Please drop me any emails/slack on areas you feel need to be in this document, probably everyting : )

Workaround development

• manual (or offline) workarounds have been proposed to 3 out of the 4 regions for HEE
• these have largely been met with reluctant acceptance
• notifications of releases will need to be shared
• workarounds are due to be shared at a more senior level next week

Bastion: New Vnet Configured to seperate bastion from jenkins, tested and working. Non default port used for SSH to try and make it a little more secure, when the new ssh config file is distributed i will remove the old access via jenkins.

ESR

• Finished Notification solution design.
• Completed TCS changes to support Vacant post medical rotation scenario
• Completed ESR service and etl to generate Vacant Post medicat rotation.
• Solution design around etl errors handling for RMT/ Applicant file
• RMT exceptions for mismatch between DPN and NPN Handled
• ESR Full feed handling changes refactor around that is near finish.
