ESR Integration:

  • Reports for Error Handling identified and how this will need to feed into the support model. 
  • More understnading from ESR on Day 1 activities when the interface is switched on for a Local Office:
    • RMF Full File sent on Day 1 from ESR
    • TIS to send applicants excluding those already sent from the Hicom Interface before they swiched off 
    • Full Notification to be sent from TIS which is a snapshot of all current and next post holders for those posts in the RMF.
    • It is expected that Notifications code will be available on Production from Day 1 in order to capture and send placements changes. 

Oriel Integration:

  • Presented the Oriel import process to People, Posts and Placements SMLs with the caveat that the Oriel fetching of additional details from Azure won't be available for MVP. Ran through the TIS Import Template and the Oriel Report Template. As a result of the caveat mentioned, the Oriel Report may need additional fields to be pulled from Oriel to feed the TIS Import Template. 

UX/UI

    •  Topping and tailing user journey on Assessments (Not sure what this is, must be new) - This is as I understand now post MVP as no ticket assigned or prioritised

Workaround development
