Draft narrative at 3.1.16 to go to local offices, pharmacy and healthcare science colleagues and TIS stakeholders:
Although the big picture will constantly evolve the last change shave been requested and we are expecting a new version back form Andy soon.
until then the only changes required to the third iteration are as follows:
- Swap Revalidation and Case Management circles on the diagram
- Remove supervisor circle from within People management
- Progess review eg ARCP / ARPs in the actual circle on the diagram ( ie the same as the glossary on the right )
- having the words for n – reporting and analytics , Governance and regulation , in two more places on the grey and black lines around the outside

We reviewed thie first iteration and suggested the following changes :

Process: The workshop started with the Service Managers tasked with listing and describing all the Component / Features that would be needed by a Trainee to ensure that they had a successful progression through the learning journey (from Foundation to successful qualification )
This was then sanity checked against all the Components / Features and User stories identified in the Discovery project , and an amendments additions completed .
Output: Below is a Microsoft Word document showing the first draft of the components that go to make up TIS. and various photographs of the Trainee journey including Components and features.
