In the meeting room
You should be
- Your sitting in the meeting room
- You are either using Skype or slack
What you need to do
- Mute any microphones you have as the room microphone will pick up your audio
- When presenting - share your screen through skype or slack
Remote and using Ubuntu
- Join the slack call
- Mute all audio inputs
- Ring the skype telephone number and enter the conference ID/Pin
