In the meeting room

You should be

  • Your sitting in the meeting room
  • You are either using Skype or slack

What you need to do

  • Mute any microphones you have as the room microphone will pick up your audio
  • When presenting - share your screen through skype or slack


Remote and using Ubuntu

  • Join the slack call
  • Mute all audio inputs
  • Ring the skype telephone number and enter the conference ID/Pin
