  1. Add to inactive accounts list in Ansible vars/hee-access.yml, commit and push the changes

  2. Run the Ansible SSH access so they are removed from the authorized_keys on the servers

  3. Remove on Stage and Prod

  4. Email Stephen Loughran (see Contacts page)

  5. Change password in Prod

  6. Prometheus / Grafana

  7. Jenkins: //jenkins:/etc/apache2/.htpasswd

  8. Deactivate the user in Atlassian user management (removes access to both JIRA and Confluence)
    Hamburger | Site administration | Type name | Click deactivate.

  9. Convert the user in Slack to a single channel ("#ex-pats") guest
    Click HEE_TIS | Manage members | Type name | Click arrow next to "Member" | Click "Convert to guest" | Select single channel | Choose "#ex-pats"
    Check the Slack groups have been adjusted accordingly - this should happen automatically on turning ex-staff into single channel guests

  10. Raise a leavers form in HEE Connect

  11. Arrange for return of temporary ID passes (Sarah informs me that photoID passes simply need to be disposed of, as they get cancelled by UOL. Don’t know what arrangements are in place for Manchester)
