• Local Office ESR Post Management

  • Look at overall picture of all trusts per local office (not a performance tool as not all local offices have all trusts signed up)

  • Breakdown of posts with position number

• Of the trainees within the window to be exported which have and which haven’t

  • By local office

  • By trust

  • By specialty

  • For those that haven’t, why?

    • Does the post have a position number?

    • Is there missing mandatory data on the person record?

  • Of those who have:

    • What filename was it exported in?

    • When was it sent?

    • What position number was it sent to?
