Outcome	Prepare Executive summary to circulate prior to TSS Review meetings

The Self-Service Review meetings are widely attended, but circulating the Executive summary beforehand will help stakeholders keep appraised of the key progress that has been made, and support their decision as to whether they should attend the Review meeting itself. Attendees have previously requested an Executive summary, and we did prepare these for a period of time, but they have fallen by the way over the summer holiday season.

Actions

Draft and circulate Executive Summary on Teams by lunchtime the day before the Review meeting.

A roster for preparing this may be drawn up to spread the load.
