A common theme coming up in discussions, Retros and Stand ups is around

“What is included in the 30% of non-Product development work that we can do each iteration?”.

This is a list of what we’ve agreed so far. And it is a list that can be added to / modified over time, of course.

  1. Dependabot

  2. Sentry

  3. Sonar

  4. Clarify different things that sonar tells us (Sonar Audit?) - security, functionality bug, code coverage and typical / generic ways of handling them / determining their priorities, security issues for example should be ticketed up and prioritised highly

  5. DLQs

  6. Personal development (online training, reading etc)

  7. Go (back) over previous team sharings, previous Retros

  8. Ask to pair with someone

  9. (Re-)read, review (and update where you can) other confluence pages

  10. Cross-HEE group participation

  11. Working on the 36 Catherine Toole recommendations
