This is the Admin Team fortnightly Review

Purpose

> Presenting to our stakeholders work done in the last two weeks in order to inform and get your thoughts, input and to answer any questions we have.

No change recently.

Note → We are covering the work of two teams, so are significantly under-staffed.

The focus for the iteration has been Post Funding

We have completed an investigation (known as a spike) around how to automate post status (i.e. a current or future post) based on funding start and end dates. This is a key question for post management and post funding in particular. A complication is the link with ESR.

We have clarified our approach and will bring in work in the next Iteration(s), starting with a new “funding status”.

Reformation of the TIS Leads group to help with focus TBC has been carried over due to Rob’s availability. *** full transparency - I cannot look at this until April and it is dependent on some wider conversations around user groups and governance ***

Rob to cover specific updates against the Roadmap

IT change-over - This is a placeholder - The move into NHSE IT is causing some issues with Teams and access to files and the like. Until things settle down, things may be a bit disrupted. *** watch this space, but likely the Review meetings (at a minimum) will need to be reset. ***

LTFT Discovery - The TIS Team needs to come together to look at how we are moving this forward, bearing in mind that there will be outputs for both trainees (on Trainee Self-Service) and for our NHSE Staff and others. *** this is likely to happen in April/May ***

Live defect investigation - Some of the team came together in Manchester to spend time investigation a previous issue. *** Cai ***

Ideas and Innovation log
