TIS Admin UI - UX Enhancement - Removing delete status from all fields with Audit example of removed data

At the moment there are multiple fields in TIS that have 'Delete' in the field dropdown. We want to remove this functionality. In a field area, they must only be able to select 'current' or 'Inactive'. The example below shows how the user can also view deleted items in the Audit log, for FE and BE.
