| Process Steps | - Navigate to People
- Search or select a trainee person
- Navigate to placements
- Select create
- System presents form with pre-populated details:
- programme name
- programme number
- curricula name
- curricula start date
- curricula end date
- User completes additional fields
- post number - should prompt pre-population of fields (see Placements - Field Validation)
- Select site, grade, specialty, other specialties
- Enter start date / end date
- select placement type
- Enyer Enter WTE
- Select Clinical Supervisor
- User saves record
- Confirmation of placement is recorded against Trainee record
- Confirmation of placement is sent to relevant Trust (i.e. where the placement will be completed)
