No  –  “ On firefox I encountered the following problems which did not occur on Edge: 1. the 'continue to submit' link on section 6 of the Form R Part B did not do anything. 2. Hotjar did not appear in Firefox ”

 

OOP Application Form

 

It would be good when returning to a previously saved form to edit it if we could jump straight to a section rather than having to cycle through all of them to get there. In Form R under the dropdown for previous revalidating body there are only deaneries, but I was a specialty doctor before and my previous RB was a Trust and so I couldn't input the right answer.

Great improvement on the interface1 ... most of the information was automatically filled ; had a few glitches like for e.g. my account was not activated initially and needed some intervention from the West Midlands team; also a small error in Form R part B section e.g. some of the posts were not in a chronological sequence; but otherwise most of my experiebce was very positive

No  –   In form R Part A, under Programme section it says "start date" need to be more specific, "Post type or appointment" what does this mean? Placements came up in a strange order. Completion date not showing on confirmation form.

For those in paediatric subspecialty (GRID) placements, it wasn't possible to select my subspecialty, with would also be on my CCT which is Community Child Health - maybe a free text box for those with subspecialties not included in the drop down menu

No  –   My jobs are all correct, but appear out of date order so it was difficult to check they were all correct. also some of my jobs were entered as two jobs with the dates adding up to a 6 month job, but entered as two separate entries for part of the rotation

Please make the next page button more obvious in part B as save and exit button most prominent and at first did not notice another page. Info to help - I am not sure what my revalidation date is as I am a trainee so don't revalidate as have ARCPs aI also wasn't sure what it wanted in part A asking for 'post type' . Also on the forms as soon as you use them anything unfilled highlights in red even thought you haven't got to it. better highlighting of mandatory fields.

No  –   Can't complete one, the button does nothing when pressed. The site doesn't appear to work at all once logged in. Can't view profile, can't create forms, can't view the support page.

I have tried two different web browsers, still no joy. Please email us when this is ready for testing.

 

Profile not loading because sync is based on ‘DR in Training’ role. This match is case sensitive so ‘Dr in Training’ (which this trainee had) will not sync. PR created to ignore casing when matching. Need to tidy up people import template too?

Profile not loading because of missing ‘date attained’ in Qualifications which is a mandatory field in TIS and expected to exist in TISSS.
Devs created a PR to stop qualifications with no dates from causing this issue in TISSS.

No  –   The part B section 2 (scope of practice) would have been so much easier if the rotations pulled through in chronological order. I spent a long time trying to work out if all the posts were there and amending details, as I had to scroll up and down.

Actually really like this system, much easier than using paper forms/Adobe forms and having to insert a signature. Relatively easy to use, just a bit of tweaking on pulling through the information to form R part B in chronological order would make it so much easier. Will be glad to use this system in the future.
