Concerns

Context: For the Concerns epic, the following stories were tested to ensure full coverage of acceptance criteria and user feedback.

4	https://hee-tis.atlassian.net/browse/TISNEW-5329	The system should still retain the fields information when you go back On 'upload document' page when you click on 'Save concern' button, the page should take you to the particular trainee concern summary list. When you click 'save concern' should move to the particular trainee concern list page, the concern is still saved for the trainee and not save the same information several times To be able to upload document	The system retains the fields information as expected On 'upload document' page when you click on 'Save concern' button, the page did not take you to the particular trainee concern summary list. Please note when you create a new concern and save the new concern - it takes you back to the summary page which is as expected but not the case if you edit concerns When you click 'save concern' it is saved the edited concern is saved as a different concern (a new row created). New rows are created depending on the number of time you save concern.
