Add new concern should take you automatically to create new concern

“Create new concern” is in the FE and enables user to add new concern.

• Reval Admin user with permission: When Add new concern is selected , a new record form is displayed which are editable fields

• Reval Admin user without permission: Can view detailed record but Add new concern should be hidden. The concern history should be view only

Concerns can be viewed, edited, created and saved but the Reval roles need to be visited again.

• The system should still retain the fields information when you go back

• On 'upload document' page when you click on 'Save concern' button, the page should take you to the particular trainee concern summary list.

• When you click 'save concern' should move to the particular trainee concern list page, the concern is still saved for the trainee and not save the same information several times

• The system retains the fields information as expected

• On 'upload document' page when you click on 'Save concern' button, the page did not take you to the particular trainee concern summary list. Please note when you create a new concern and save the new concern - it takes you back to the summary page which is as expected but not the case if you edit concerns

• When you click 'save concern' it is saved the edited concern is saved as a different concern (a new row created). New rows are created depending on the number of time you save concern.

In addition, Concern is very slow. Error 504
