- revalidation is related to safety concerns every 3 years, all doctors (not just trainees)
- ARCP is to bring together all the assessments taking place throughout the year
- pharmacy and healthcare science did not previously have an annual process, but are developing something in line with what’s being developed for ARCPs
- must happen once every 12 months
- Bulk upload for create is the most important journey
- otherwise, find a person and then create/edit assessment from there (add an arrow to journey) as w/placements
- add multiple
- All trainees will have either GMC or GDC numbers
- Other trainee types have other assessment events
- just use “Assessment”
- Feedback - look into moving assessments out of top level navigation, consider grouping
- potentially, Placements can be moved to a sub-section of Posts - placement manager, validation of errors required also
- Assessments, move to a sub-section of People - validation of errors required also
- Click through from list straight to the Person record
- back button takes user back to list
- How long does it take for Outcome to be released? TBC, JW
- trainees are told on the day
- there are SLA’s on how long it should take to get uploaded into the system

- form R (possibly different 3rd level section) << as is with trainee UI
Entity Relationships
- Assessments are per curricula
- so if trainees are following multiple curricula, they will have a different assessment for each one
- user should select programme + curricula < - - fine as is
- Curricula has a single specialty
