As our Slack channels tend to be fairly busy, many team members will provide quick responses or feedback to slack messages with an emoji.
These are not always clear, and have a tendency to become in-jokes which can be confusing for new starters or people who spend more time on teams.
Below is a “glossary” of common slack responses reflecting the culture of our team:

🐔 | The dreaded chicken hat - a mistake was made (usually affecting production) - intended to be a light hearted “Mea Culpa” |
🎓 | I learned something from this |
🙈 | Light hearted “this is so bad I don’t want to think about it” |
