Outline of day
We met with colleagues from the Plymouth office in the South West to research the processes used in that local office when managing assessments.
An introduction to TIS using the Big Picture was given followed by an exercise which required Gemma, Joe and Carla to show the process flow for assessments. They then highlighted the pain points in the process whilst talking through their diagrams (shown below).
Finally they used post its to let us know what in the process they feel works so should not be changed and what absolutely does not work which they view as a priority for change.
